Our Story

Growing up in an Italian-American home in New Jersey, food was like a member of the family. Everything, I mean everything was an excuse to eat. No sooner did one meal finish than preparations began on what comes next. For some, this obsession with food is a bit overwhelming. For us, this is what it means to be Italian!  

Like so many of you, we learned at an early age there was something deeply fulfilling about cooking for those we cared about and took great pride in how we prepared meals. It's these wonderful memories that drive our passion to celebrate the past while fearlessly innovating for the future.

Our Marinara

Made entirely by hand in small batch kettles, we begin with the finest Italian tomatoes grown in the lush volcanic soil around Mt. Vesuvius. These naturally sweet, vine-ripened gems provide the foundation for our family of sauces. 

Gone are extreme temperatures and long cooking times; our advanced cooking methods coaxes bold notes out of fresh, ethically farmed ingredients, sourced from growers we trust - to create a symphony of well-balanced flavors.

Our Mixers

The Bloody Mary is the quintessential brunch cocktail. Inspired by the iconic speakeasies and tasting rooms of the 1920's, Marano's invigorating mixers are entirely handmade using fresh and globally curated ingredients. 

Italian tomatoes add a natural sweetness, while the other savory and spicy notes are sure to excite the palates of brunch goers and cocktail aficionados alike. Mixers are made to be enjoyed with or without spirits. 

Our Pasta

Handcrafted in small batches by expert pastai who couple traditional Italian methods with state-of-the-art machinery to make both laminated and extruded pasta. 

Unlike mass-produced pasta our process preserves the fresh and natural flavor using the finest American grown heirloom and heritage wheat. Classic old-world mixing and drying procedures are meticulously applied to every batch, delivering the perfect al dente texture. Certifications: Kosher, Organic & Non-GMO. Pasta is expertly packed and shipped fresh.
